Senior Executive Recognized by National Industry Association

SAINT JOHN (NB) – Andrew Dixon, Senior Vice President of Trade & Business Development at Port Saint John is being honoured with an Award of Excellence by the Canadian Institute of Traffic and Transportation (CITT).The CITT Award of Excellence is given annually to a member holding the CITT Certified Logistics Professional designation (CCLP) who has deep industry experience, professional integrity, and a high level of involvement in the CITT. The Award acknowledges an entire career of experience, leadership, professional development, and dedication to excellence.Dixon, who has held the CITT Certified Logistics Professional designation for more than twenty-five years, will be honoured at the upcoming Canada Logistics Conference in Niagara Falls, Ontario October 25-27, 2015.“We are fortunate to have an exceptional team of dedicated professionals at Port Saint John and especially fortunate to have a logistics specialist of Andrew Dixon’s calibre as we continue to build on the growth momentum we’ve been experiencing for the past four years,” said Jim Quinn, President & CEO, Port Saint John.Mr. Dixon is not the only holder of the CCLP designation on the Port Saint John business development team. Shannon Blanchard, Manager of Cargo Development at Port Saint John received the CCLP designation in 2014. Blanchard is joining the CITT Board of Directors during the Conference as CITT continues to provide leadership in the Canadian logistics industry.
