FACILITY LEASING & DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES

Port Saint John manages over 300 acres of land on behalf of the Canadian Government. Through the guiding principles of the Canada Marine Act, our Port Authority is mandated to undertake the responsible development of Crown assets. As required under our guiding legislation, we give organizations with a marine component preference, however, we welcome development opportunity proposals from all industries.

Lease or Development: Long Wharf

At Long Wharf, you could have a front-row seat to the visiting vessels. Our 16.8 acre Long Wharf terminal situated in the heart of Uptown awaits your ideas, serving both clean cargo projects and welcoming tens of thousands of passengers to the Saint John region each year.

Lease or Development: Lower Cove

Lower Cove offers 16.8 acres of development potential with access to the world via water, road, and the option to accommodate rail. The terminal is located in close proximity to the city’s vibrant Uptown core and is situated adjacent to the Diamond Jubilee Cruise Terminal. Lower Cove currently handles a mix of bulk products and can be used for a multitude of purposes. We welcome all proposals that will enhance Port Saint John's offering to the marine world, and increase the economic impact of our land to New Brunswick!
