MARCO POLO CRUISE TERMINAL
The rustic accents of a tall ship meet an elegant ballroom.
The white walls are lined with twelve-foot high Douglas fir wainscoting, giving the space a natural atmosphere. Still, the space is modern with polished concrete floor warmed with radiant heating.

MEETINGS
For all corporate events, an invoice will be issued after the event and the damage deposit will be refunded, pending our facility assessment.
Port Saint John reserves the right to require invoice payment be paid in full, in advance of the event, depending on the event nature.
WEDDINGS
In order to reserve your space, we require the signed Venue Rental Agreement and a $1,000 deposit.
An invoice will be issued for remaining payment.

MEETINGS
Port Saint John has rental packages designed for day time business functions (8:00am-4:00pm) and full day events on week days or weekends (8:00am-2:00am). Please discuss your event start and end times with your venues coordinator.
WEDDINGS
It takes a lot of time to craft the atmosphere for your special day.
Your wedding package includes a 8:00 a.m. setup start time. You and your guests will be able to dance the night away until 1:30 a.m.
You will have until 2:00 a.m. to clear the space from décor and other teardown requirements.
Earlier setup times can be confirmed no sooner than two weeks prior to your wedding.

It goes without saying that you never want to run out of food at an event. Your caterer will wish to know the duration of your event to ensure sufficient food quantities.
We recommend you contact your preferred caterer(s) as soon as possible to secure your event date with them and align on cost expectations.
A booking deposit will be owed to the caterer you select.
All Port Saint John events are required to select from one of our four exclusive caterers for any food or beverage service. Sorry, no other catering companies are permitted.

Port Saint John will happily try to meet your needs for room set-up.
Room setup details need to be submitted no later than one week in advance. This includes guest-count, side table requirements, and timings.
Minor revisions to the room are permitted up to two days prior to the rental date.
A final decision on rooftop ceremonies/social hour must be made 24 hours prior to the wedding date.

This is where you get creative.
Feel free to decorate the room the way you want, but there are a few rules: no taping, no open flame, and no blocking.
All signage and décor is to be free standing.
Nothing is to be affixed to the terminal building walls or windows for any reason.
All candles used in the facilities must be in an enclosed container.
Fire exits are there for a reason and blocking them is strictly prohibited.
Anything you place in Port Saint John’s facilities before, during, or after your event is your responsibility.
Everything must be removed from the facilities prior to the end of the rental period.
Due to limited storage, no deliveries are to be made to the facility prior to the date of booking.

You are welcome to hire the photographer of your choice.
Access to restricted areas, such as the pier, is sometimes possible but must be arranged ahead of time and approved by Port Saint John.

Clients are encouraged to use Port Saint John’s preferred audio-visual supplier, Encore Global.
They work directly with their clients to determine lighting, sound, screen, and décor requirements.
Special wedding packages have been designed to offer a luxurious backdrop to your wedding.
Only Encore Global Presentation Services technicians may operate the integrated audio-visual equipment in the Fundy Room.

We are happy to include Uptown guest parking with your wedding package.
Guests are able to leave their cars in the lot overnight, however; they must be removed by 10:00 a.m. the next morning.
Parking space is subject to availability and Port operations.

The Port is a secure facility and requires 24/7 security operations.
With that in mind, Port Saint John Security and all Port personnel are to be allowed free access to the areas at all times.
General security has been built in to our packages but if you require additional hours to your rental, a fee will apply.

We pride ourselves in offering a fusion of flavors from East to West, tempting you to try our Authentic Curry, Thai, Chinese and North American cuisine. We’re not just passionate about food. We respect where it comes from, how it’s prepared and, most of all, we respect the people we prepare it for. We utilize the local markets, the chef’s organic farm, artisan butchers, bakeries, fish mongers and even go direct to farms and local fishermen to find the freshest and best food around. Our menu changes and evolves with the seasons, availability of products, and the passionate curiosity of our staff. We specialize in weddings, Christmas parties, corporate lunches and dinners, standing appetizer service, and large bar service events. The “East Coast” in East Coast Bistro’s name breathes a host of Maritime ingredients into their kitchen that allow them the freedom to experiment and stay creative all the while adhering to a traditional French style of cooking techniques. East Coast Bistro’s homage to a bistro style of simple yet elegant sustenance gets the local treatment with a seasonal approach. When it comes to ingredients, you might say it takes a village: fresh seafood from the Bay of Fundy, beautiful farm-raised meat grown with intention and integrity, crates of heirloom vegetables grown in small family farms up the St. John River, wild foraged ramps and mushrooms. Providing raw materials, that when combined with creativity and skill, transform into a custom catering experience to satisfy the palette and nourish guests.

Java Moose Coffee started roasting #InsanelyGreatCoffee in 1996 after an internship in Queen's New York & Los Angeles. Our first roastery was a mere 196sq/ft in #SaintAwesome, N.B. Canada.
