Port Saint John has five existing bulk operations;
 Canpotex, Irving Oil,  American Iron and MetalCrosby's Molasses and Repsol, with opportunities for additional Bulk handling at Lower Cove.

RAIL & ROAD

Port Saint John offers inland optionality with three class I rail lines, CSX, CN and CPKC and a major highway system adjacent to the port.

This access allows the Port to have an expanded hinterland and connects Saint John with major population bases in Central Canada, the Eastern United States, and the Midwest.
