This year, for the first time we are welcoming Y’s Men service club will help out by operating our fundraising BBQ for PALS.The big attractions for 2018 include Theodore Too (aka Theodore Tugboat), CN’s OBIE rail safety mascot train, small boat rides from our friends at HMCS Brunswicker, port tours on Aquila Trolleys, and tours on the Big Pink Bus to Fort Howe. Free tickets for these attractions are available starting at 11 am when the gates open to the public at 111 Water Street. These time-stamped tickets are first, come first served.Added to these event attractions are port stakeholders equipment displays and many fun booths in the cruise terminals, including our old friend Calvin, the life-sized inflatable North Atlantic right whale who will come along with Irving Oil, our co-presenting sponsor for Community Day 2018. Additionally, there are many other sponsors who help to make the day a success.Every year since its inception in 2011, Community Day attendance has grown. Last year more than 5,000 people attended.
